FIFO Calls is a Dubai company with one job: making sure the first person to call your business gets answered, even when nobody there can get to the phone.
FIFO means first in, first out.
It's a term from warehouses and queues: whatever arrives first gets dealt with first. We think phone calls should work the same way.
Most service businesses don't miss calls because they don't care. They miss them because everyone's hands are full, or the shutters are down. So we built Farah to take the calls your team can't, on the number you already have.
What we believe.
A ringing phone is a customer.
Someone calling you has already decided they want something. The worst thing a business can do is not pick up.
Be straight about AI.
Farah introduces herself as your virtual assistant, and if a caller asks, she says she's AI. No pretending.
Real prices or none at all.
She quotes what you give us. If she doesn't know, she says so, takes the details and passes it to you.
Your number stays yours.
Customers keep calling the number they already have. Forwarding is a setting on your own line, and you can switch it off.

We set up your Farah.
She learns your menu and your rules, in English and Arabic. Half the setup fee is paid up front, the rest at launch.
You switch on forwarding.
Unanswered calls go to her after about 5 seconds. Live in days, not weeks.
Bookings land on your WhatsApp.
Prices change? Tell us. If she gets something wrong, tell us that too.
The honest bit.
We're new. You won't find logos or star ratings on this site, because we don't have them yet and we won't fake them.
What we have is five founding spots at a lower price, and a promise: if Farah doesn't book enough work in your first month to cover her fee, we refund that month.
