Setup is a one-off fee and stays the same whether you pay monthly or yearly. You pay 50% of it up front and the rest when Farah goes live. Monthly fees are paid in advance. Annual plans are paid for the year up front and get 2 months free. Founding plans are monthly only, since they're already discounted and locked for 12 months. Extra minutes are AED 1.50 each, sold in blocks of 100. Calls under 20 seconds are free. Front Desk Plus has a 6-month minimum because we build your website, and the domain is yours.
We count the bookings she made, at your own prices. The setup fee isn't part of the refund.
She asks what's happening and follows your rules. Leaks and AC failures get flagged to your WhatsApp at once. If a caller mentions a gas smell, sparks or fire, she tells them to call Civil Defence on 997 first.
Fixed prices, like AC service per unit or pest control per bedroom, she quotes exactly. For repairs she gives your visit charge and says the tech confirms parts on site.
She asks for the community, building, flat or villa number and any access notes, then reads it back before ending the call.
Only with the wording you approve, like how long to stay out after a treatment. She won't give health advice. Anything else goes to your team.
Yes, if they ask. Farah introduces herself as your virtual assistant, and if a caller asks whether she's a real person, she tells them she's AI. People calling a business want a price and a time. She's quick with both.
No. Customers keep calling the number they already have. You switch on forwarding for unanswered calls, and after about 5 seconds of ringing the call goes to Farah.
She says so. She won't guess and she won't make up a price. She takes the caller's name, number and question and sends it to your WhatsApp, so you can call back when your hands are free.
